Things I've failed at:
I've shipped some really bad ideas and built some unneeded tools across the Blockchain Industry.
Based Gene
Based Gene is a pfp-generating platform on the Base blockchain. It allowed users to upload their pfp and get back one with a BASED background (Base logo, artistic backgrounds, etc.) and create that Community vibe. Failed woefully — I couldn't sell the idea even to Base KOLs.
Morph Gene
Just a photocopy of Based Gene on the Morph blockchain, which failed as well.
GenioBud
GenioBud is an ads-based AI ecosystem (chats, image generation, ...) I built to revolutionize open-source AI. I actually just paired with open models and shipped on Telegram. Failed at user retention and couldn't scale. I plan to try again anyway
PhoenixTap
This was a typical replica of the NOTCOIN tap-to-earn game, which we built for the Phoenix Token community members in 2025, but we had to wind down after Telegram changed policies and only allowed GRAM-based projects to launch mini-apps on the platform.
Engage Sprint
It was supposed to be a web3 social media booster platform where users could boost their followers organically — no bots, just clean people. We got domains even before shipping anything; we later abandoned it midway. Co-founded with my brother Lunchman
Ramplify
A P2P platform where you could convert fiat into stablecoins directly on the Morph blockchain. Zero hassle. We couldn't scale due to internal reasons. Also co-founded with my brother Lunchman
